Puppy Foundations
In person at the Heathcote Valley Community Centre, or in-home. See following package for online option.
This is a 6 week 1:1 program for you and your puppy where you will learn how to effectively, and kindly, teach them how to live in our human world.
In the first 45 minute session we will cover how you can teach your puppy new skills, troubleshoot through all of the puppy challenges you may have been having, and get to work teaching foundational skills.
From there, we will increase your puppies repertoire each week (or bi-weekly if that is preferred) during 30 minute sessions to build up all of the key things you will need your puppy to learn.
We will cover all the basics including positions (i.e., sit, down etc.), relax/settle training stay, vet and grooming handling, lead walking, recall, drop, and the elusive 'leave it' cue. We'll also get you ready for the changes you may see through the adolescent period.
With 1:1 sessions, together we can easily adjust our training program to suit your needs and focus on the things most important to you.
This package includes a free puppy socialization session, where not only your puppies will have a blast, but you will get to watch and learn even more about dog body language, appropriate play, and how to manage dog interactions.

Puppy Foundations Online
If you're considering training online, this is the option for you. Rest assured, I have successfully provided online training sessions (including puppy sessions) since 2019 with wonderful results.
We cover the same content during these online sessions as we would during in-person puppy classes: all the basics of how to understand and teach your puppy core foundational skills that will make life easier for everyone.
The free puppy socialization session is not included, however it can be booked separately.

Shy Puppy Socialization
Maximum of 4 puppies in a controlled environment with active management. 30 minutes (indoors) at Heathcote Valley Community Centre.
Give your puppy a safe space under expert care to start engaging with other puppies, as well as explore an environment that is designed with their wellbeing and socialization needs in mind. You will also take away more insights into your puppy's personality, play style, and needs.
Be aware, this is not a puppy-free-for-all session. I will be actively managing puppies and guiding their interactions, all while teaching you more about dog communication and play. It is normal for puppies to need to take short breaks during these sessions.
